Conflict of Interest Policy Statement
All members of the Fox GERI Board of Trustees, the Executive Director and the Educational Advisory Committee sign a conflict of interest disclosure annually. If a conflict of interest is identified, it is disclosed to the committee. A person with a conflict may remove themselves from the discussion or activity or abstain from a vote in order to resolve the conflict. Conflicts of interest are also disclosed to the attendees/learners by a verbal announcement at the beginning of the educational event.
Fox GERI Cancellation Policy
A Full refund will be given with written notification received 7 business days prior to scheduled event. No Refund will be given if written notification is received less than 7 business days prior to scheduled event. Fox GERI reserves the right to cancel a course without prior notice. In the event Fox GERI cancels a course, all registrants will be entitled to a full course refund. Fox GERI is not responsible for travel or lodging costs of registrants.
